Several cable thefts between Leuven and Poucet: train traffic diverted

Several cable thefts took place early on Friday morning between Leuven and Poucet (Hannut), Infrabel indicated shortly before 6 a.m.
The Thalys trains, as well as the Eupen-Ostend and Welkenraedt-Ostend links, were diverted via line 36.

As yet, Infrabel has made no accurate assessments. Engineers were on site earlier today evaluating the extent of the damage.
