The CD&V is preparing to submit a proposed law to ban betting on youth sports competitions, Dutch-language paper De Zondag reported on Sunday. 
“Youth sports competitions are less regulated, which opens the door for corruption or match-fixing", says CD&V MP Els Van Hoof.
