A new ATP tennis tournament will take place from 5th to 23rd October 2016 in the Lotto Arena at Antwerp.
The European Open Tennis will, without doubt, be a fight on clay but will now receive over half a million euros.

It has been known for some time that this tournament would feature on the ATP World Tour 250 Series calendar, but the organisers officially confirmed this on Tuesday.

Last year, the ATP World Tour gave permission to move the event, otherwise known as the European Open, from Valence in France to Belgium.

“We are very happy to announce the dawn of the European Open”, tweeted the organisers. “We'll keep you posted with further information soon.”
