After several bright days with temperatures rising, Belgium's Royal Meteorological Office (IRM) forecast shifting skies for the rest of Sunday, bringing the chance of snow even in the Ardennes. Yet after a gusty Saturday, winds are due to drop.
The afternoon will be largely dry, except occasional showers in the northeast of the country, Belga News Agency reports. Highs will range from 6°C to 11°C. The wind will be slight to moderate, blowing in from the east-northeast towards the southwest, but it could also become variable.
On Sunday evening, and overnight, an area of precipitation accompanied by relatively cool air is likely in the east. The other regions could continue to be dry with clearer skies, but the weather will be colder, with even light frosts.
Light showers could occur in the east on Monday morning. However, the sun will be increasingly present as the day continues. The weather will be cool, with highs between 12°C and 18°C.
