Tosa tests provide a tailor-made experience to each candidate by selecting a unique set of questions that corresponds to their level. The questions are asked in the form of interactive activities, multiple choice questions, and real-life tasks to be carried out directly in the software environment.
Adaptive testing
The Tosa technology adapts the difficulty level of the test according to the individual’s answers to test their skill and knowledge. The higher the level of the candidate, the higher the difficulty of the questions and therefore the score.
Tosa eliminates failure as all candidates are certified, but at their own level of proficiency.
Why take the training

The courses can be delivered in English or French and you can even take the exam based on the language of the software. How to become certified?
There are different levels of training courses that match the different levels of certification and you can take a pre-assessment test to check your level before you go for the certification exam.
You can undertake the certification exam at the Giradi-Kato premises or, if you prefer, at the comfort of your home and your score will determine the level of certification you will have achieved. There are 5 levels of certification grades available from beginner to expert level. Remember you will not fail - you will be certified based on your level of proficiency.
