The Couleur Café festival pulls in around 68,300 visitors

The 26th Couleur Café festival was a success, the organisers said on Sunday evening. The festival, which took place on the Tour & Taxis site in Brussels, pulled in around 68,300 visitors over three days. The weather was very summery, and there were no incidents. Around 23,500 people saw performances by Wyclef Jean, Wu-Tang Clan, Dub Inc, and Arsenal and Crystal Fighters on Friday evening. The fourth open stage was at Dance Club, new for 2015. It kicked off with the Belgian group AKS, while Stikstof closed the performances with 100% Brussels hip-hop.

On Saturday evening, nearly 21,000 people turned up to listen to Starflam, Busta Rhymes, Alborosie, 1995 and Etienne de Crécy, among others.

On Sunday, around 23,600 festival goers watched SOJA, Cypress Hill, Xavier Rudd, Buraka Som Sistema and Joey Bada$$ perform.
