Over 15,000 visitors expected at Brussels Affordable Art Fair
Every art work at the Affordable Art Fair has a price next to it to remove any speculative bidding.

The 11th edition of Brussels Affordable Art Fair will open its doors on Thursday in Brussels Tour and Taxis venue. All artwork exhibited by the 90 participating galleries will be priced between 75 to 7,500 euro.

Over 15,000 visitors are expected during four days from 14 – 17 March. Presenting art work from several hundred Belgian and international artists, the principal of the art fair is to make art affordable and remove any speculative aspect in the bidding. The price is therefore always present next to every artwork.

Besides paintings, there will also be a large amount of sculptures, photographs and various contemporary art installations.

The Affordable Art Fair concept started in London in 1999. Since its inception, the fair has had worldwide success and spread to Milan, New York, Hong Kong, Melbourne and since 2009 also includes Brussels, amongst other cities.
