On Tuesday, two individuals dressed as clowns violently attacked a youth from Nivelles (Brabant Walloon) we learned from local police. An 18 year old man from Nivelles was heading to his home in the Maillebotte area early Tuesday evening when two individuals dressed as clowns ambushed him. He tried to get away, but they caught up with him. For unknown reasons, they started hitting the victim before fleeing. One was wearing a clown mask and the other was made up as a clown. A police patrol will be going to the man’s home Wednesday evening to talk to him. It’s the first case of its kind in Nivelles, says an inspector.
