The SPF Justice pays 4 out of 10 invoices late

According to the latest figures from the Graydon database, which Le Soir reported on Tuesday, the Federal Public Services (Services Publics Fédéraux (SPF) are not all great payers. The SPF Justice looks like a “bad student“. There are deadlines for payment, often impose by the State. But, invoices remain unpaid sometimes 90 days after the limit. This can mean collateral damages for businesses, small and medium businesses and TPEs.

The SPF Justice has accumulated debts of more than 1,250,000 euros to its suppliers. There is also a 50% delay in payment at SPF Mobility and Transport, but of less than 625,000 euros. SPF Information Technology and Communication has not paid its four suppliers before 90 days.

On the other hand, the best “student“ is SPF Defense. Also, the Prime Ministers‘ services boast a 98% on time payment record.
