101 anti-semitic acts took place in 2014 in our country, according to antisémitisme.be, an association that registers the number of anti-semitic acts in Belgium. This information was reported by Le Soir on Friday. The association uses “Anti-Semitic act” to refer to lots of different things. It includes for the example the killiing of four people in the Jewish Museum last May, but also to throwing stones at a bus carrying Jewish children in Antwerp, or anti-semitic emails sent to Jewish institutions in Belgium.
The numbers show a 60% increase compared to 2013.
