The Foreign Affairs office still had no information about the situation of 7 Belgian expats on Wednesday evening. At the start of the day they had no news about 25 people, but this figure was reduced as the Minister’s Crisis centre contacted their family and friends, according to spokesman Michael Mareel. The crisis centre was continuing its efforts to find out what has happened to the remaining 7 Belgians on Thursday.
