During last summer’s Bob campaign, 21 communes did not perform anti-alcohol tests, the Het Nieuwsblad said on Monday. The newspaper is basing its claims on figures provided by the Home Affairs SPF, which were checked by MP Jef Van den Bergh. 13 Walloon communes and eight Flemish communes did not perform anti-alcohol tests last summer. In total, more than 200,000 drivers were not tested, the majority of them in large police zones.
