Dismembered body of ULB student: second suspect charged

Denis N., the second suspect questioned in the investigation into the murder of Xhuliano B., a ULB law student from Albania whose torso was discovered in a field between Jette and Wemmel on June 9th, was charged on Tuesday, revealed the prosecutor in Hal-Vilvorde. Denis N. left for Macedonia immediately after the events. The young man allegedly gave himself up to the police on Monday. The investigation showed that Xhuliano B., Denis N., and Vincent D.B., the other suspect charged, sold cannabis, but whether this is related to the murder of Xhuliano B. is as yet unknown.

What exactly happened over the June 6th-7th weekend is also not clear. This is allegedly the last time Xhuliano B. was heard from. The 3 friends allegedly spent at least part of the weekend together in a flat in Koekelberg. According to the daily paper La Dernière Heure, Vincent D.B. allegedly said recently that Denis N. killed Xhuliano B. after a disagreement led to a fight which D.B. did not witness. Denis N. allegedly also dismembered the body of Xhuliano B. with a saw. The prosecutor from Hal-Vilvorde made no comment on these allegations.

Workers in Jette discovered a large sports bag containing the torso of a man whose head and fore-arms were missing, along with part of his legs in a field between Jette and Wemmel, on June 9th. These body parts have yet to be found.
