As of January 1st, 2016, a stamp intended for a standard format letter within Belgium will go up from €0.72 to €0.74 when purchased as a booklet of ten stamps or more. The unit cost for a single stamp will increase to €0.79.
For standard format international letters, the cost will go from €1.10 to €1.13 for Europe and from €1.32 to €1.35 for the rest of the world, upon purchasing a minimum of five stamps. The unit cost for an international letter will go up from €1.20- €1.42 to €1.1.23-€1.45.
These new rates will apply to all standard rate letters. On the same date, the rates applied for sending large volumes of ordinary mail will also change.
