Paris attacks - Bomb-making equipment found in Schaerbeek

The public prosecutor confirmed on Friday that the police investigation launched after the Paris attacks led to the discovery of bomb-making equipment  as well as traces of the explosive TATP during a raid on a third floor flat on Schaerbeek’s Rue Henri Bergé on December 10th, 2015. The tenant of the flat used a false identity, which may be the same used by someone currently in custody.

The prosecutor’s office says that three hand-made belts which may have been meant as suicide belts were also found, as well as a finger print from Salah Abdeslam, the alleged tenth member of the gang involved in the Paris attacks.
