Lidl ploughs €18 million into its Genk distribution centre

The supermarket chain Lidl will plough 18 million euros into its Genk distribution centre.
Its storage capacity will thus increase by 5.675 square metres, of which a significant portion will be set aside for frozen food products. Moreover, ten new jobs will be created.

The Genk site is one of the four Belgian Lidl logistical centres. This centre serves 85 Lidl subsidiaries in the provinces of Limburg, Liège, and Luxembourg as well as the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
