Three federal police officers were lightly wounded on Tuesday afternoon during a shootout at a raid linked to investigations of the Paris terrorist attacks last November. The events took place on Tuesday afternoon in the commune of Forest in Brussels. The suspect escaped and is currently on the run.

One man opened fire on three police officers on “Rue du Dries” in the Forest commune. The street has subsequently been closed down including schools in the neighbourhood.
