Brussels attacks - Brussels airports check-ins operate trouble-free on Monday morning

Seven flights to European destinations had already left Brussels on Monday morning and no problems were indicated at the check-ins, which had been temporarily set up after the Zaventem airport reopened on Sunday. So indicated the spokeswoman Florence Muls indicated when talking with the press.

She advises passengers to first check out with their airline that their flight will indeed take off from Zaventem, and not from an alternative airport. During the next few days, passengers are advised to arrive at least three-quarters of an hour before departure, with access being restricted owing to additional security measures.

On the Brussels Airport website, in respect of upcoming flights scheduled, there are a further ten flights displayed for today (Monday). Around one hundred are planned for Tuesday. Sunday saw the first passenger flights since the March 22nd attacks.
