Kilometre tax: fleet-wide invoicing possible, not just per vehicle

Kilometre tax, in force since April 1st, is now being rolled out across fleets of vehicles and not simply on a per vehicle basis. This was announced today (Monday) by Satellic, the company responsible for collecting the tax.

The business is proud of the move saying, “By introducing fleet-wide billing, Satellic is responding to the recent criteria requested by users, whether company directors, chauffeurs or owners whose vehicle is subject to the kilometre charge.”

From today (Monday), users of OBU Satellic will have a comprehensive account and pay off the kilometre levy through the postpaid regime using a fuel card, direct debit or through the intermediary of one of Satellic's commercial partners.

Users will just receive three billing documents, one per region across their entire fleet.
