Tomorrowland: a second weekend concludes festival
Over two weekends, around 400,000 festival-goers in total have attended the De Schorre site, in Boom.

The second weekend of the electronic music festival Tomorrowland ended on Sunday evening. Over two weekends, around 400,000 festival-goers in total have attended the De Schorre site, in Boom. This may, once again, be fully accessible to the public from August 11th.

DJ-sets by Armin van Buuren, Deadmau5, Rafi Khan, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Snake and David Guetta were in particular on the schedule for this second round. Martin Garrix was concluding the festivities on the main stage.

The Prime Minister, Charles Michel, and members of government had a remarkable visit to the festival during this last week, considered as a success for the organisers. The spokesperson, Debby Wilmsen, said “Everything passed off well, without any incidents of note. The weather was fantastic.” She went on, “Tomorrow morning, the exodus of the 38,000 campers of Dreamville will begin. At 2 p.m., everyone should leave the site.”

The team will start to dismantle the amenities after the end of the festival. This may take three weeks.
