The blogger, Cédric Z., who got noticed for a video he produced, where you see him burning the book written by Marc Dutroux’s lawyer, Bruno Dayez, now himself wishes take proceedings against Dayez. This is what he has told the Sudpresse publications, which are reporting this information today.
The young man stated, “My lawyer and I do intend to take legal proceedings against Me Dayez, following his insults. When he mentioned a ‘moron’, he was, of course, speaking of me.” Cédric Z. repeated that his remarks on the video “were misunderstood.” He stated, “I said that he risked endangering his property and the lives of individuals. I expressed myself badly. Obviously, it was never my wish to call for such crimes to actually happen.”
The young man was arrested for questioning on Friday evening. He was placed under investigation for threatening behaviour, entailing an order and made subject to conditions relating to his criminal acts. He was subsequently given a conditional release, specifically including the condition not to comment upon Marc Dutroux and his lawyer.
