The City of Brussels has advised fans attending Rammstein on Wednesday night to use public transport instead of driving, after fears of major traffic problems surrounding the gig.

"Ready for Rammstein's concert? To get there, choose public transport or bike, scooter, hoverboard, skateboard or equivalent, but not the car," tweeted the City of Brussels.

After the concert, the SNCB has announced that it will provide special night trains, while STIB will strengthen the network on the occasion of the concert. Those looking to cycle will be able to use a free guarded bicycle parking area at the stadium, and shuttle buses will run to and from the King Baudouin Stadium, where the concert will take place.

Concerns had also been raised over planned cleaning works to the Vilvoorde viaduct, which would disrupt traffic further. However, due to the adjusted timing, the concertgoers will not be impacted.
