A 52 year old Dutchman was arrested at Brussels airport on Saturday morning, while he was transporting 32 kilos of khat in his luggage, according to the Hal-Vilvorde. The man was coming back from Ethiopia. He was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office and presented to the investigating judge. He is charged with possessing and transporting drugs.
The investigating judge will decide whether he will remain in custody on Monday.
