More than 19 tons of drugs were detected and seized in Belgium in 2014, the Sudpresse papers revealed on Thursday. This information comes from an extract of the Finances SPF’s annual report, the papers said. In 2013, 15.8 tons of drugs were seized.
The amount of hashish and heroin seized went down in 2014, while the amount of marijuana, khat, cocaine and LSD seized rocketed.
