Prosecutor’s Office confirms death of perpetrator of double murder at Libramont

The perpetrator of the double homicide which took place Sunday night at Wideumont, Libramont, died Tuesday, stated the Prosecutor’s Office of Luxemburg, which was not notified until Thursday morning.
Sylvain S., aged 19, was brain dead after having shot himself in the head Sunday night when being chased by police officers. Earlier that evening he had shot his former girlfriend Camille M. (aged 16) and her father, at their home in Wideumont. The case is still under investigation.
