A supermarket in Roux (Charleroi) was the target of an armed robbery on Friday evening, the Charleroi Prosecutor’s office revealed on Saturday. No-one was injured.
Two hooded and armed individuals stormed into the Lidl in rue de Marchienne a little before closing time. They hit a member of staff to get the other staff members to give them the till’s contents. They fled using a customer’s car. It is not known how much they stole.
