Prince Laurent sells offices to put company back on track

Prince Laurent has decided to sell his company’s offices, 63 Rue d'Arlon in Brussels, relates newspaper Sudpresse on Monday. This transaction should bail out his company, Rec Arlon 67. Rec Arlon 67 records a debt of 960,000 euros. The building in which the company is based counts a total of 2,600 m² and could yield a profit of over one million euros, according to the newspaper. Located in the European Quarters, the building was initially supposed to be rented out, but it would not have put the company out of bankruptcy.
