A unique financial incentive of 1,750 euro per year for companies hiring a youth aged 15 to 25, under work-linked training contract, will be put in place on 1rst July 2018 in the Brussels region. This financial aid will be accessible on the basis of a registered application form. The youth’s training within the company must last six months at least. The administrative fees (128 euros to this day) have been suppressed.
This completes an arsenal of measures promised at the start of the legislature “to boost work-linked training,” according to the Brussels Minister of Labor and Vocational Training Didier Gosuin.
