Dylan Borlée, Kevin Borlée, Jonathan Borlée and Jonathan Sacoor (in that order) will compete in the 4x400m relay final of the European Athletics Championship at 9.30pm on Saturday evening.

The Belgian Tornados, the current European champions, will be in lane 3. 400m silver medallist Kevin Borlée and bronze medallist Jonathan Borlée will replace Julien Watrin and Robin Vanderbemden.

This is the 21st international final for Jacques Borlée in a 10-year career. He currently has 9 medals: 3 gold (European Open-air Championships 2012 and 2016 and European Indoor Championship 2015), two silver and four bronze.

The Belgian record (made by Julien Watrin, Jonathan Borlée, Dylan Borlée and Kevin Borlée) is 2:59:25. It was set on the 19th of August 2016 at the Olympic Games in Rio.
