A man driving on the N57 died when his vehicle had a head-on collision with a truck in Soignies, Belga News Agency reports, citing the Office of the Public Prosecutor (OPP) in Mons.
The accident occurred during the middle of Saturday afternoon. The car, which was driving from La Louvière, ended up embedded under the truck, which was travelling from Soignies, local media reported.

The car had apparently swerved from its path for a reason still unknown. The driver died on the scene.
