The 'Imagine: 100 Years of International Surrealism' exhibition has drawn 100,000 visitors since its launch in February at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels.

The popularity of the exhibition has prompted organisers to add evening viewings - from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. - on the last four days, from 13 to 16 June.

The exhibition pays tribute to a century of surrealism, and spotlights the connections between Belgian artists and international surrealists.

For this event, the Royal Museums of Fine Arts are displaying 260 works from René Magritte, Jane Graverol, Marcel Mariën, Rachel Baes, Paul Delvaux and E. L. T. Mesens, in addition to Max Ernst, Salvador Dali and Giorgio De Chirico.

'Imagine: 100 Years of International Surrealism' ranks among the museums' most popular exhibitions in recent years, drawing plaudits from international media such as the New York Times and Le Monde.
