Fifty-nine farms in Wallonia are opening their doors to the public this weekend for the annual Open Farm Days.

The Open Farm Days, which annually attracts about 60,000 visitors for the past 27 years, offer the public a chance to learn more about local producers and taste their goods in a relaxing setting.

Activities include carriage rides, donkey treks, navigating through hay bale mazes, inflatable castles, wooden games, face painting workshops, and more.

The businesses participating in the event range from livestock farmers to winemakers, and from beekeepers to vegetable growers.

A list of the participating farms and the programme for the two days can be found on the website www.jfo.be.
