During an international vintage car gathering in the city of Lanaken in Limburg, an expensive classic car was stolen over the weekend.
The vehicle, a Mercedes 300 SL, disappeared from the La Butte aux Bois hotel complex in Lanaken.
This rare and iconic car is valued at over one million euros.
The theft was discovered on Sunday morning by the owner. After realising his vehicle was missing, he reported the crime to the local police.
The authorities have now initiated an investigation.
