Gunshots were fired on Saturday evening in Otegem, near Kortrijk, according to the West Flanders Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Multiple shots were fired, resulting in injuries to two individuals. The incident took place around 9:15 PM.
“Gunshots were fired and several parties were involved,” confirmed the prosecutor’s office. “An investigating judge has been appointed and the investigation is ongoing.”
Several suspects have been apprehended. One person is still being sought.
The prosecutor’s office is currently withholding further information.
