The weather is expected to remain dry on Sunday afternoon, with a mix of sunny spells and cloudy areas.
Rain will return at night from the west, but the higher regions should stay dry, according to midday forecasts from the Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM).
On Monday, Belgium will wake up to a very cloudy sky, with rain quickly spreading to all regions. It will be drier in the afternoon in the west and northwest. Maximum temperatures will range from 8°C in Hautes Fagnes to 13°C in Campine. Winds will be moderate inland but quite strong along the coast, with gusts up to 50 km/h.
On Tuesday, the sky will remain grey. It should stay dry early in the morning, but a new weather disturbance could bring heavy rain in some areas. Maximum temperatures will range from 6 to 10°C.
Wednesday will also start dry before weather conditions deteriorate, bringing new rainfall in the afternoon, initially affecting the western part of the country.
