Belgium will see a mostly dry end to the week, according to the latest forecast by the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI).

The weather will be dry on Friday morning in the northern half of the country, while the south may experience a temporary risk of rain. In the afternoon, however, all regions should remain dry.

The maximum temperatures will be between 1 or 2°C in the High Ardennes and 8°C in the lowlands.

The sky will clear during the evening.

The night will be cold with lows between -10°C in the High Fens, even lower in some valleys, -3 or -4°C in the centre and 1 or 2°C along the sea. Some mist or freezing fog may appear locally.

The sun will shine on Saturday before clouds will come in from the north, and the weather should remain generally dry.

Highs will range from 0 to 8°C.

Sunday will start cloudy, with light rain. A few sunny spells will appear during the day. Highs will be between 4 and 9°C.
