The Warandepark in Diest will transform into the vibrant setting of Summer Jam on Saturday, 30 August, offering a free festival that blends street sports, art, and music from 11:00 until the early hours.
Summer Jam has become a beloved event where sporting and artistic communities unite, attracting a diverse audience of all ages with its multidisciplinary approach.
This year, 17 graffiti artists from across Belgium will participate in a live showcase, turning the football stadium into a massive work of art. Meanwhile, the basketball court will host 3×3 tournaments in a creative space designed by artist Florent Petrisot. Visitors can also enjoy breakdance, freerunning, and skateboarding competitions, with a particular focus on nurturing young talent.
Adding to the excitement, dance performances by No Mercy and Studio Yo! will energise the crowd, while a variety of food trucks offer delicious bites throughout the day. The festival will conclude with an open-air party featuring DJ sets by Juul & Malik, Berre, Dysfunkshunal, and The Mixfitz.
Mark your calendars—this year’s Summer Jam promises to deliver an unforgettable fusion of sports, creativity, and community.
