Brussels traffic will be hindered due to the European Summit taking place in the buildings of the Council of the European Union on the Rue de la Loi in Brussels.
The police will limit the nuisance to local traffic while at the same time guarding the safety of the Heads of State, residents and property, according to their reports.
A security perimeter will be established and held over the course of Tuesday, around the Schuman square, including all roads leading to it, such as the Rue Belliard, Rue de la Loi, and the Rue Juste Lipse.
No deliveries will be possible, and no garbage bags or bicycles may be placed on public roads. Only the official delegations, emergency services, the police and residents are allowed to enter the perimeter.
