In various places in our country, heavy thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday afternoon, the Royal Meteorological Institute (KMI) warned on Monday.
The KMI declared a code yellow in all Belgian provinces, meaning a chance of local thunderstorms with intense rainfall, hailstorms and/or strong gusts of wind, which can cause nuisance and damage locally. The warning applies from Tuesday 14:00 until Wednesday 3:00 AM.
The weather for the rest of the week will be precarious and will gradually become less warm, with showers and possibly more thunderstorms.
