A severe collision involving several vehicles occurred, over the weekend on the E25, just before the Esneux exit towards Liège.
The accident took place shortly before 1:00 in the early hours of Sunday, according to reports from Vesdre-Hoëgne and Plateau emergency services.
At least one victim needed to be extricated by the rescue services at the scene.
The motorway was temporarily closed to traffic, allowing for the necessary emergency response and subsequent investigation.
