The sunny end to last week will continue until the end of the week, with Monday again sunny and blue skies over most of the country.
Belgium's Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI) predicts temperatures higher than normal for this time of year, ranging from 22°C at the coast to 29°C in the extreme south of the country. In Brussels, temperatures will peak at around 27°C. Winds will be light in the northwest and become moderate along the coast.
By the evening, more high cloud cover will appear and toward the end of the night, some haze, fog or low clouds will form. Temperatures will drop to 12–13°C in the High Fens and 17°C in cities.
Tuesday will follow a similar pattern, starting with grey clouds that will quickly clear for blue skies. By the afternoon, high cloud coverage will again form. Temperatures will reach 21°C on the coast, around 25 or 26°C in the centre of the country and around 27°C in the south.

The RMI noted that Belgium is currently on the edge of a very warm air mass over France. By Thursday, this will start to change: though it will be mainly sunny, showers could develop into thunderstorms during the afternoon or evening. Maximum temperatures will be from 23–28°C.

The weekend will be changeable with clear spells interspersed with a few showers. The short period of warm weather will end as temperatures drop to 21°C in Brussels on Saturday and Sunday.
