A 48-year-old woman stabbed her partner at Namur station at around 5:45 on Saturday, the Namur Prosecutor’s office said.

The victim - who was stabbed in the stomach - is in his thirties and was described as being in a “potentially life-threatening” condition.

The two people involved in the incident are homeless. The Prosecutor’s office said they had already had an argument on Friday.

The woman was taken into custody for questioning. The case will be handled by an Instruction judge.
