Federal police are searching for a young man who attacked and wounded at least three individuals in Ostend on the night of 27-28 May 2023.
The suspect was accompanied by five other young men and a young woman, according to a wanted notice issued on Sunday by the West Flanders prosecutor’s office. The male suspect, believed to be in his twenties, is approximately 1.80m tall with medium length, curly dark hair.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing dark jeans, a grey Adidas sweatshirt, a black jacket and black shoes.
Investigators have urged the group of five youths and the unidentified young woman to come forward.
Anyone who recognises this individual, has been attacked by him, or has any information related to the case, is asked to get in touch with investigators via avisderecherche@police.belgium.eu.
