Belgium's private real estate has been estimated to be worth 1,501.5 billion euros, according to figures calculated by the National Bank of Belgium.
The figures include the value of land (930.1 billion euros, 62% of the total) and real estate (571.4 billion euros).
That's over three times Belgium’s gross domestic product (GDP) which stands at 400 billion euro.
