The metro lines running between the Merode and Herrmann-Debroux stations will be interrupted on 10 and 11 September due to works by the public transport company STIB; replacement bus shuttles will be put in place.
The transport company announced renewal and maintenance infrastructure work at Pétillon station, located on metro line 5 which links Herrmann-Debroux to Erasme.
As a result, passengers coming from Erasme will continue towards Stockel following the route of line 1, bypassing the Merode station on line 5.
