During the month of August, a busy road in the heart of Brussels' European quarter will be partially shut down to traffic as renovations are carried out in an overhead bridge, mobility authorities announced Friday.
In parts of Rue de la Loi, only two out of the road's four vehicle lanes will be open to vehicle traffic until the end of August, according to BX1.
In order to finish renovation works started out in 2017, cars will only be allowed to drive on the road's left lanes.
The renovations concern the bridge over Chaussée d'Etterbeek, which according to the outlet could not be carried out in 2018 due to the events organised in commemoration of World War I.
