The Brussels Summer Festival (BSF) will not take place this year.
With the last two editions having been scrapped, organisers fear the risk of cancellation is too great to warrant undertaking the extensive planning involved with its preparation, Bruzz reports.
Refunds for 2020 ticket holders
BSF was cancelled in 2020, with purchased passes or tickets transferable to the 2021 edition, which was also cancelled. This year, organisers aren’t bothering with such a hopeful measure.
“Given the uncertainties of the coming months, we have decided to refund your tickets,” read an email from organisers.
According to BX1, the BSF might be replaced by an open-air concert series, as has previously been done. No plans have yet been announced for 2023.
