A man stabbed twice in Marchienne-au-Pont

On Sunday evening, someone tried to kill an illegal resident in Marchienne-au-Pont, in the rue Arthur Delire, according to local Charleroi police. The suspect fled immediately. The victim had been dropped off by a car and while he was wondering in the street, a man approached him and stabbed him twice, in the arm and side, probably with a screwdriver. The suspect then fled in the direction of the Place Albert 1er.

When, informed, the local Charleroi police went to the scene. They currently have no leads, other than the victim was known for drug trafficking and had just got out of prison.
