A national demonstration for tolerance will take place in Brussels on the 15th of March.
It will be organised by several Belgian philosophic organisations. Under the slogan “Together in Peace – Liberté et Respect”, they hope to fight against the increasing polarisation they see in our society since the attacks in Paris and Copenhagen. They will leave from the Avenue Stalingrad, near the Midi station, at 2pm and will head towards le Mont des Arts, near the central station. The demonstration should end at 4.30pm.
Among the organisers are members of the Anglican, catholic, orthodox and protestant churches, as well as Jews, Muslims and secularists.
