A 37-year-old mother of 3 was fatally stabbed in Brussels’ Rue de la Caserne on Wednesday morning. The victim was stabbed several times and died on site. The perpetrator is assumed to be the father of her children and is still at large, revealed the prosecutor’s office in Brussels. An investigating magistrate is investigating murder charges.
The emergency services were called to Brussels’ Rue de la Caserne at around 9.00 a.m. this morning to assist a woman who had been stabbed. They found a severely injured woman bleeding heavily who died at the scene.
Three children, two in their teens and a toddler, were found in the building. The two teenagers were questioned to establish if they witnessed what had taken place.
